POLICIES


All orders placed Monday through Friday have a 48 hour processing time, dependent on stock availability. Orders placed after Friday 5pm will be processed the following Monday. Please note that all items are handmade - please allow 2 weeks for your item to be made. 

At Gale & Hayes, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. However, if you don’t love it, or if for any reason there is a problem with it, we will happily repair, or replace your purchase for you. Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade. 

Artisan crafted from fine leather and premium materials, your Gale & Hayes may have minor scars, folds, scuffs and marks which are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects, but beautiful. These minor marks make yours perfectly imperfect, one-of-a-kind and individual: just like you.

If you are not satisfied with your order, items may only be returned or exchanged within 15 days with receipt. Custom orders cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. 

Before exchanging, please contact us first with your order information.

Exchanged items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the client.

Gale & Hayes is not held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be notified.

We cannot refund shipping charges.
